Blaine Barnett founded Platform after extensive experience and success leading companies in achieving revenue, profit, and business growth objectives.  Blaine has been a Senior Executive at many organizations ranging from large public to large private to small private to start-up. He has deep experience in technology-enabled, people-delivered service businesses, as well as in global manufacturing environments.  Blaine builds relationships, identifies and resolves key issues, and delivers on strategic and financial commitments no matter the obstacles. He has grown, led and motivated dispersed and diverse teams and businesses ranging up to more than 1,000 people and managed countless P&Ls and budgets of up to $850M in revenue. 

 

Blaine comes from very substantial building blocks in math methods, economics, finance, and leadership development from Northwestern University, The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and The Stagen Leadership Institute.  His ability to apply these business fundamentals, while drawing on his experiences, coupled with high emotional intelligence to devise and implement structures, systems, processes, and incentives to drive results, is the foundation of the Platform Advisory Group’s proven playbook.
